Volktoberfest, Indianapolis

I mentioned in one of my previous posts that I’m really not a car guy…cars are nothing but transportation to me, they get me from one place to another, and as long as they do it in reasonable comfort and economy, with enough space for all our music gear, I’m happy.

My sister in law, Gina, recently bought a classic Volkswagon Cabriolet, and she’d heard of this event and invited us to go along with her. Honestly, I wasn’t that excited about it, but I thought even if I didn’t enjoy the show, I’d enjoy the time spent with family.

Well, turns out, the event was a LOT of fun.  I really enjoyed seeing the classic cars, plus local aviator Tom Wood had some of his aircraft on display.  Here are a few pictures of the event.
